SHIPPING POLICY

Your order is our top priority and will be ensured to delivery at

the earliest possible opportunity.
SMELAN offers both standard and express delivery

within Australia, using Australia Post.


Free shipping for orders over $100. Please allow 1-3 business days for
your order to be processed before being dispatched.


Please note, during sale, promotional, and peak periods orders may take
longer than usual to be processed and dispatched. During these periods,
please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be
processed.


Standard Delivery refers to the shipping method with Australia Post after
your order has been processed and dispatched.

Standard estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been forwarded to the courier.

We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia.
Express Shipping • Orders over $100 Metro: 1 business day FREE
Express Shipping • Orders under $100 Metro: 1 business day $12 AUD
Standard Shipping • Orders under $100 Metro: 3-5 business day $14 AUD

Stolen and Damaged Parcels


SMELAN is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re able to accept your item(s) for a refund based on the following conditions:
The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused,
with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions,
your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.


REFUNDS


Refunds for online orders are applicable for all items except for final Sale items
and will be returned to the original payment method and the same value that customer paid.

EXCHANGES 


Due to the high sell-through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions.

FAULTY ITEMS RETURN


If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@smelan.com.au with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this as priority.

GIFT CARD


They may not be returned or exchanged for cash and are valid for 2 years from the issue date.

 

FINAL SALE 


All sale item(s) from our “final Sale” are not eligible for a return or exchange.
However, faulty item(s) please contact our customer services team at
customerservice@smelan.com.au. This can be returned once our customer service team have been notified and approved.

 

PRE ORDER


Smelan can offer pre-orders on selected items. Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is a scheduled delivery date and may change due to elements outside of Smelan control.

You will be charged when you place a pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be
exchanged before delivery. Regular return periods apply to pre-order styles.

RETURNS COST


Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and can be purchased via our return's portal for customers in Australia. Smelan is unable to investigate lost or delayed transit parcels.

Important Information:


You will receive an email notification from your courier when our team has
received your return. After receiving this notification, please allow up to 3-5
business days for your return to be finalized. You will receive a second email when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment.
