Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the amount paid. If your order has not yet been picked and packed, you can request a cancellation by reaching out via live chat with your order number at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, you can email us at renatasmelan@smelan.com.au. If the parcel has been sent you need to follow the return process.

Due to high sell-through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions.

The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
